云顶7610线路检测新生在线学习入学指引

Orientation for New Students of CIC

（2021年春季）

1.     进入企业微信（https://work.weixin.qq.com/#indexDownload）enter enterprise wechat

职工确认缴费报到后，被邀请进入云顶7610线路检测企业微信。在企业微信里员工可与招生、教务、员工管理、任课教师和同学们联系。（具体的联系人和联系方式详见附件一：职工网上办事指南）

After confirming the payment and registration, the international students are invited to enter the corporate WeChat account of the School of International Culture of South China Normal University. In the corporate WeChat, students can contact the teacher of enrollment, educational administration, student management, class teachers and classmates. (For the specific contact person and contact information, please refer to Appendix 1: Online Guide for International Students)

2.     完成入学分班测试Finish the placement test

请进入企业微信的职工尽快完成在线分班测试。

Please complete the online placement test as soon as possible for the international students who enter the enterprise WeChat.

3.     教学班级查询  to query the teaching class

2021年3月1日前报到注册的职工，请于2021年2月27日（周六）24：00前完成在线分班测试，可于2月28日（周日）中午12：00后，在国际员工在线服务系统（http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn/member/login.do）里查看自己的教学班级。（提醒：国际员工在线服务系统从开始的报名注册，到查看教学班级、出勤和考试成绩都将需要用到。建议下载手机APP，操作详见附件二）

2021年3月1日后报到注册的职工，完成入学分班测试1个工作日后可以在国际员工在线服务系统里查看自己的教学班级。如北京时间周一报到，周二可查看自己的教学分班开始上课；如周五报到，下个周一可查看自己的教学分班开始上课。

International students who register before March 1, 2021, please complete the online placement test before 24:00 on February 27, 2021 (Saturday). Check your own teaching class in the international student online service system (http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn/member/login.do). (Reminder: The international student online service system will be used from the beginning of registration, to check the teaching class, class schedule, attendance and test scores. It is recommended to download the mobile APP, please refer to attachment 2 for details)

International students who register after March 1, 2021, can view their own teaching classes in the International Student Online Service System one working day after completing the entrance placement test. For example, if you register on Monday, Beijing time, you can check your own teaching division and start class on Tuesday; if you register on Friday, you can check your own teaching division and start class the next Monday.

4.     进入企业微信班级群Enter the enterprise WeChat class group

职工分班后会进入相应的企业微信班级群。进入班级群不需职工操作，由教务老师处理。进入班级群后，职工的企业微信中会出现相应的班级群。

After the international students are divided into classes, the academic teacher will help students enter the corresponding corporate WeChat class group. After entering the class group, the corresponding class group will appear in the enterprise WeChat of the international students.

如果在企业微信中看到了班级群，证明已经被分班了。If you see the class number in the enterprise WeChat, it proves that you have been divided into classes.

5.     在线学习的方法Online learning method

在线学习包括在线课堂（直播课/答疑课）和网上自主学习（阅读教学材料、观看教学视频、完成在线作业）两部分。

（1）在线课堂使用企业微信的上课直播（课后将自动生成回放）。

（2）网上自主学习平台使用“国际教育云平台”。职工进入企业微信班级群后，教师会通知员工在“国际教育云平台”上的用户名和初始密码（注意：员工不需要自己注册）。职工可以在这里下载学习资料、观看教学视频，查看提交在线作业，进行在线考试等。（具体操作详见附件三）

Online learning includes two parts: online classroom (live class/question-answer class) and online self-learning (reading teaching materials, watching teaching videos, and completing online homework).

(1) For online classes, use corporate WeChat's live class broadcast (replay will be automatically generated after class).

(2) The online self-learning platform uses the "International Education Cloud Platform". After international students enter the corporate WeChat class group, the teacher will notify the students of their username and initial password on the "International Education Cloud Platform" (note: students do not need to register by themselves). International students can download learning materials, watch teaching videos, view online homework submissions, and take online exams here. (For specific operations, see Annex III)

6.     查看考勤和成绩View attendance and results

职工可以在国际员工在线服务系统 中查询自己的考勤情况和考试成绩、亦可在期末时打印电子版的成绩单和各种证明（如在读证明、考勤证明等）。

International students can inquire about their attendance and test scores in the international student online service system, and they can also print out electronic transcripts and various certificates (such as proof of enrollment, proof of attendance, etc.) at the end of the semester.

在申请时你就应该已经通过这个网站注册了。如果你忘记了密码，可以通过“忘记密码”，系统会把重设的密码发到你注册的邮箱地址。我们将根据这个系统里的申请编号来为你开通唐风学习云平台上的账号。你也可以在这个系统里查看自己每天的出勤，期中、期末考试成绩等。You should have registered when you applied for our university. If you forget your password, you can choose "forgotten password", and then reset your password.Please remember you username or registered Email address. We will assign you ID in Tangce study platform with the application number in service system.You can check your attendance and Mid-term/ final exam scores in this system.

附件三：“国际教育云平台”网页版及APP的使用方法

注意：用户名和初始密码在分班后由教师提供给员工,不要自己注册！

Note:the user name and inital password will be provided to the students by the teacher after class assignment.  Don’t register by yourself!!!

一、网页版登陆（log in on website)

1.在云顶7610线路检测网站（/cicweb/）首页右下角可以找到“汉语国际教育云平台”入口，直接登陆网址https://info.tangce.cn)。注意：登陆网页版请使用CHROME浏览器。1.The entrance to "Chinese International Education Cloud platform"can be found in the lower right corner of the home page of the International Institute of Culture website(/cicweb/),and go directly to the website http://info.tangce.cn). Note:please use CHROME browser to log into the web page.

2.点击员工（student），输入用户名和初始密码就可以了。（登陆后可以修改密码，但请牢记自己修改后的密码）Click on the student button to enter the user name and initial password.(you can change your password after logging in,but please remember your changed password.)

二、       员工手机端APP Student's mobile phone APP

（1）打开“国际教育云平台”，扫描页面右下角的二维码下载手机APP。Open the "International Education Cloud platform"and scan the QR code in the lower right corner of the page to download APP.

（2）扫描下面二维码下载相应版本。Scan proper code and download apps on your phone.Then you can check the assignments,tests or courses your teachers push to you.

（3）使用老师提供的用户名、密码登陆后可看到作业、考试、课程。After logging in with the user name and password provided by the teacher ,you can see the assignments,exams and courses.

提醒：作业或考试做完后要按最右上角，确认是否做完，最后提交作业或考试。

Tips: At the last page of your assignment or test, you should click the buttonon the upper-right.On the next page you can check the questions you have finished or not answered, then decide to submit your paper or not.
